About the Project

emerchants is a broad-based issuer and processor of prepaid financial cards, ranging from reloadable cards through to traditional, single-store gift cards.

Project requirement was to develop a course that highlighted the features and benefits of the Secure Account Management (SAM) system. The course also had to be web friendly so it could be published to the internet and used to showcase SAM to potenital clients.

The Result

The project was delivered using a Rapid eLearning, visual mock-ups helped fast-track the approval process. The project incorporate audio, animation and graphic to aid in explaining what SAM is and how it works.
