About the Project

Programmed is a leading provider of staffing, maintenance and facility management services. They directly employ more than 20,000 people across a broad range of industries to provide services for more than 10,000 customers, often under long-term contracts.

The project requirement was to develop two rapid eLearning induction courses under a strict deadline. The courses needed to be intuitive and seamlessly walk users through the on-boarding process while ensuring they read and listened to all content and undertook an assessment to be compliant with Policies and Procedures.

The Result

The solution delivered Rapid eLearning courses that incorporated animations, imagery and interactions to help reinforce the content. The course structure allowed learners to easily navigate the course, while ensuring content was easily understood and confirmed through a formal assessment.

About the Project

The Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia Inc. (CBFCA) represents the interests of hundreds of members across the international trade, logistic and supply chain management service industry.

The project requirement was for an Instructional Designer to develop an accreditation bridging course from the supplied content. The course needed to be engaging and interactive so that learners would retain the information. Upon completion of the course a custom branding certificate needed to be generated. The course also needed to be completed in a extremely tight deadline.

The Result

The solution broke the training program into manageable sections and used imagery in various ways to engage the learners and ensure they understood the content. We created knowledge review questions and a formative assessment to measure the learners understanding of the content. Upon successful completion of the module a custom branded certificate was automatically generated.

About the Project

Tourism Noosa developed the Noosa Eco Check course to assist businesses in implementing environmentally friendly business practices that will save money and also support Noosa in becoming a truly sustainable and eco-friendly destination.

The project requirement was to develop a course for a wide range of learners that would feel relevant and engaging. The audience were varying members of the community who ran businesses in Noosa. It was necessary that the Noosa Eco Check course ensured the learner completed all seven sections before they were then directed to a further Self-Assessment in their Moodle LMS.

The Result

The solution used a variety of techniques to engage with learners including a centralised menu where learners could choose each topic at their own pace. The course used imagery in various ways to highlight case studies as well as video and voice-narration to ensure the learner understood the content. Interactions were used to engage the users and a video streaming service was used to ensure videos were viewed in high quality across all devices. We used a menu slide to track the learner’s progress through the course and notified the learner when they had successfully completed a section, thus moving them to choose another section. We created a self-assessment activity inside of Moodle which we pointed users to when they finished the course.

About the Project

Auto & General Insurance Company offers highly competitive, quality products including car & home insurance in the Australian marketplace.

The project requirement was to develop an interactive suite of eLearning modules under a strict deadline. The course was made up of eight modules with multiple assessments. The client wanted the course to be engaging and user friendly, with periodic activities and case studies to pique learners’ interest while imparting them with knowledge.

The Result

The solution was delivered using Rapid eLearning in under 4 weeks. Learners worked through the eight modules using a menu slide which tracked the learner’s progress and was always accessible via link in the footer. When a leaner completed a module the section would become greyed out and a ticket would appear. An avatar was used to guide the users through the course and a Learning Mentor dropped down from the top of the module to provide additional content the learner had to retain.

The project requirement was to turn a paper based training program into an engaging and dynamic eLearning module. The module needed to be interactive and include voiceover, imagery, video and animation to keep the audience interested. A user-friendly LMS portal was also required to store the students results.

The Result

The solution delivered blended learning where students could complete the module prior to attending a face to face workshop. A custom branded Moodle LMS portal was setup to track and host the eLearning modules. The course made use of audio, animation and interactions to ensure content was easily understood and reaffirmed through formal assessment.
